This picture makes me think of an alien life form from another planet! It also looks kind of "psychedelic". This is a word that was popular with young people in the 1960's who "dropped a lot of acid" (took the drug LSD). This drug caused people to have hallucinations. I never dropped acid, but I knew a few people who did. From their descriptions of what they experienced, it seemed like they had vivid dreamlike sensations while they were "tripping" (the time spend under the influence of the drug).
